Shipping Policy

US ORDERS

We try our best to ship your goods within 3-5 business days, (excluding holidays) if for some reason there is a delay our shop will reach out to you with a notification. Delivery times are provided as a guideline only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

For all international orders shipping fees will be calculated at checkout depending on location and weight. International orders are shipped via DHL Express. DHL typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive.

TAXES & DUTIES

Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for all Import Fees. 

LOST PACKAGES

Ash on AK is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. In the event that your package goes missing please contact the carrier to initiate a claim.
